Each day will be about connecting to a different one of our 5 senses - sound, touch, smell, taste, and sight. We will explore each sense through daily activities of yoga, mediation, creative writing, nature exploration and sensory awareness pracitices. You can expect to be on the mat, in the jungle, down at the beach and playing in both ocean and river. This will be a week of full immersion with nature. 

Important things to note

Aside from the above activities, your ticket price also includes room and board (3 delicious healthy meals a day). 

Please arrive between the hours of 1pm and 6:30pm (GMT- Costa Rica Time) on Saturday, February 18, 2023. We will have dinner together at 6:30pm.

Connect will officially end after dinner on Friday, February 24, 2023. Your stay that evening is included in the ticket price.

Please plan to leave the farm Saturday, February 25, 2023.

Travel to and from The Yoga Farm is your responsibility. Please note that depending on where you are traveling from, you may not be able to get to the Yoga Farm the same days as you arrive to Costa Rica. Please check out the Yoga Farm website for travel suggestions or email me with questions. 

Accommodations are clean, simple and rustic. All rooms are open air - there is no air conditioning or fan. All toilets are composting toilets. Be prepared for a lot of walking. The Yoga Farm is hilly- the main house and kitchen are located at seperate areas, the ocean is a 10-15 minute walk from the farm, it is a VERY STEEP hill.
