About the event
Each day will be about connecting to a different one of our 5 senses - sound, touch, smell, taste, and sight. We will explore each sense through daily activities of yoga, mediation, creative writing, nature exploration and sensory awareness pracitices. You can expect to be on the mat, in the jungle, down at the beach and playing in both ocean and river. This will be a week of full immersion with nature.
Important things to note
Aside from the above activities, your ticket price also includes room and board (3 delicious healthy meals a day).
Please arrive between the hours of 1pm and 6:30pm (GMT- Costa Rica Time) on Saturday, February 18, 2023. We will have dinner together at 6:30pm.
Connect will officially end after dinner on Friday, February 24, 2023. Your stay that evening is included in the ticket price.
