Awakening to our senses helps cultivate a connection within, while creating a shared sense of community with fellow participants and the environment around. This unique week is designed to help recognize the daily gifts of everyday life, practice mindfulness, appreciation for nature, respect for the strength of our bodies and how we can take it all home. You will leave with a renewed sense of self awareness, grounding tools to use any and all the time, new friends and have an epic week in Costa Rica.

Each day will be about connecting to a different one of our 5 senses - sound, touch, smell, taste, and sight. We will explore each sense through daily activities of yoga, mediation, creative writing, nature exploration and sensory awareness pracitices.
